- Planning & Development – Once we determine that everything is feasible we start our planning & development processes. This may include ordering permits and materials, creating contracts and schedules and more.
- Managing & Monitoring – In this stage our HIBO services will help homeowners and investors manage and monitor the project as it’s being built to ensure everything is going as planned.
