With HIBO’s service tools, and performing as their own General Contractor, taking personal responsibility of their own purse strings; they can eliminate many of the extra costs of overhead charges, pay vendors, suppliers and subcontractors directly and following properly prepared contracts and performance schedules to complete their projects as well as most industry contractors.
