The pricing service fees and rates outlined on this page are a generalization of how they are calculated through each phase of the project. Each bundle is critical to producing an effective major home improvement project.

The Feasibility Analysis

Fair Market Value (FMV) up to $35K  = $350 Fee

Fair Market Value (FMV) from 36K up to $100K = 1% x FMV

Fair Market Value (FMV) over $100K = Fee originated on an individual basis.

The Plan(s) & Development Bundle

BUNDLE FEES STARTING @: * PENDING ANALYSIS 
Rate of increase not to exceed
#1. PROJECT PLANS $720 HO Price 50% = $1,080
#2. PROJECT SOW $560 HO Price 50% = $840
#3. PROJECT VENDORS $1,120 HO Price 20% = $1,344
#4. PROJECT CONTRACTS $720 HO Price 10% = $792
#5. PROJECT SCHEDULES $320 HO Price 10% = $352

TOTAL BUNDLE FEE COST $3,440 up to $4,408

Managing & Monitoring

Pending:

  1. Fair Market Value (Project Analysis) = to be determined.
  2. Development Final Scope of Work and Total Building Costs = to be determined.

Managing and/or Monitoring Fee(s) will start at approx *10% of the Projects Final Costs.

Sample

Fair Market Value determines Project Total Building Costs to be $65,000.
Management/Monitoring Fee @ 10% = $6,500
